February 25, 2015 - This is both a easy drinker and a cerebral beverage at the same time. Quite light in color, there's prominent caramel and cotton candy aromas with a touch of minerality. The body is not overly acidic and though some might call this flabby, they'd be mistaken. Its more soft and delicate. Flavors that I get out of this wine are quite green along with caramel, chalk, and some unripe stone-fruit as well. Label says 13.5% abv but it doesn't taste like it or feel like it.

Overall, this goes well when listening to "The girl from Ipanema".

Update: Captain's log stardate, then next day... yeah, this has alcohol. Little slow this morning and Scotty is bugging the hell out of me. A glass today was a touch flabby as well but it was stored overnight only under cork. So Bones says drink up in one sitting.
