    September 29, 2015 - Intro Somm Day 2 - Paso (Paso Robles): Medium yellow. Moderate terpenes and thiols on the nose - peach, grapefruit pith.
    In the mouth, more expressive terpenes - peach juice. Medium plus body, elevated alcohol - 14% (actually 14.5), diminished acid, pronounced phenolic bitterness.
    Viognier (strangely muted on the nose), CA, Central Coast, 2013.
