October 23, 2022 - This is drinking beautifully now. Didn't decant. Opened in the glass. Great fruit still, and wonderful long finish.

May 28, 2016 - This wine is inky black. Dark, dark fruits. Black berries, black cherries and blueberries. Chewy and silky. It will stain the teeth, dark. I figured I would put the bottles away for many years. Change of plans, tried the first bottle with my dad and brother. 3 hour decant. Great wine and company. Enjoyed with a 10 year old Hooks cheddar. Amazing! Paul Hobbs is the consultant.
