April 15, 2021 - Still quite undeveloped. Very linear but simple. Unfortunately it’s currently quite unbalanced with the tart and strong acidity not in balance with the light and a touch green fruit. From an exceptional Hunter vintage a disappointing result - maybe picked too early at 10.5%.
