May 25, 2020 - Showed well today, lots of baked bread, golden apple and some hints of citrus on the nose, mousse is quite light but still carries lots of persistence, generous mature fruits and a medium plus finish

March 16, 2013 - Took to spring Mill Cafe. Golden in color with aromas of yeast, good mousse and tiny bubbles. Tasted of brioche with some lemon meringe. very good!

November 25, 2012 - Excellent sparkling wine. As good as many $75/100 champagnes. Brioche and yeast. It is a great wine. First this, then cabs, and now pinots.
