November 19, 2022 - Excellent CNP from dad’s cellar. Visit in france to buy more. Famille / Jerome Quiot. Provence. Actually Jerome died and it’s all split uo now, so less sure. Probably will never see this one again

April 1, 2021 - My last bottle, oops. Maybe its just as well, as this seemed quite rustic with a fair amount of anise and some earthy funk. I hope it's just in that middle-aged zone and will bounce back.

November 30, 2020 - Pop and pour, drank 2 glasses over 2 hours. The nose is muted. The palate is expressive with crushed berries, garrigue and earth. There's a touch of alcohol on the finish. Qualitatively this does meet my chateauneuf du pape standard, it does not drink like a simple Southern Rhone. There is some precision on the palate and it seems to be a traditional style.

November 17, 2018 - Upon 1st opening, there was a fair amount of brett that blew off in about 20 minutes. What's left is a very dry and traditional CDP. This was not jammy or alcoholic, and it wasn't terribly exciting either. Nonetheless, good dry earth and such, so a great weekday wine.

February 19, 2018 - Really like this CDP. I think there's a touch of brett(the good complexifying kind) , it's loaded with garrigue, spice(not from oak here) , pepper , tea, fig, and animal(dead, and dried) notes on top of the usual cooked red fruit and licorice candy. Loads going on A good example, impressive for this price point.
