July 8, 2023 - Slow oxed for 3 hours before serving. It showed darkish red fruit, currants, herbs and spice on the nose. Palate had medium stuffing with red fruit spectrum. It was silky and elegant despite not having a lot of weight and depth for a grand cru. Very enjoyable.

October 23, 2022 - Latricières-Chambertin theme at Maison Dakota late night. Drank in Grassl Cru.
Apearance is clear, pale intensity, ruby colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of dark red cherries, and plums, earth, polished black cherries, some oak. Developing.
On the palate, dry, high acidity dipping a little, medium alcohol (13%), medium tannins, medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of polished black cherries, dark red cherries and plum, dark spice, tobacco earth. Lots of spice (?oak) to the long finish.
Very good quality. In need of more time for development and integration.

April 6, 2021 - Consumes over several hours. Initial nose of berry fruits, giving way to refined mountain evergreens, dusty iron and lead, hints of violet and perfume. Palate is high tone and filled with taught cherry fruits, herbs and spices. Very nice and integrated with air time.

October 31, 2020 - Servert blindt. Fremstår som fullmoden, 15-20 år. Enkel vin, nedslipte tanniner, ok finish. Virker som en godt moden village. NR
