July 17, 2022 - One unlabelled bottle in the shop. Drunk from a plastic cup, so not ideal. Plenty of spritz. A very pure, clean lime cordial aroma. Taste a touch thin, with high lemon acidity, but quite dilute and not totally dry. Otherwise a classic profile. The next day, a lot of aromatic complexity, but verging towards sour. I want to like this - think it would show better chilled and with food. [Screwcap; 11% abv; Majestic, £12.99].

May 12, 2021 - Pale green gold in colour. Nose is quite shy so don’t serve too cold or decant. Faintly lemons, limes and a herbal tinge. Beautiful palate with a chalky texture, lime juice, talc and a long bone dry finish. The best attribute is the structure, obviously made for long term aging. Leave this until 2024 and enjoy for at least another 15 years under the Stelvin seal.
