January 8, 2015 - Color rojo violáceo, ribete violáceo bien vivo, capa media-alta y gruesa lágrima bien intada. Notable intensidad en nariz con una muy buena frescura de fruta roja y negra (fresones silvestres, cerezas, grosellas,…) y toque de licor de grosellas, hierbas frescas, caramelo de cereza (recuerda a la piruleta Kojak) y suave fondo amentolado muy agradable. Notable entrada en boca con una marcada astringencia, recorrido bien fresco y con una acidez muy refrescante, fruta roja fresca, sabroso, taninos rugosos que aportan carácter al conjunto, muy correcto, suave golosidad, notas licorosas, poco volumen, muy directo y algo estrecho, buena persistencia. Final largo y postgusto de fruta roja y licor de grosellas.
