July 14, 2022 - Walla Walla Syrah Festival "Vintage Pour" (Cavu Cellars, Walla Walla): One of the more disappointing wines at the tasting but still solid. pepper, red currants and spice. Short to medium finish. Drink now.

May 25, 2017 - Revised based on Jan 19 bottle. Still what it was (quality construction but spartan attributes), but now too late. Alas, 2017 was eol.

November 11, 2016 - The wine was a bit lean. Nice earthiness. Not the total package.
