March 14, 2015 - Azelia Barolo 1997 vs Marchesi Barolo 1993
- Farbe: Der Azelia wirkt brauner als der Marchesi, wobei beide rot-bräunlich sind. Der Azelia aber wirklich braun
- Der Azelia riecht nach Tabak und hat nicht mehr viel Frucht. Wirklich nicht mehr viel Frische und auch die Tannine sind nicht wirklich schön aufgelöst
- Der Marchesi hat eine starke Säure, die nicht integriert neben einigen Tanninen steht.
- Bevorzuge aber den Marchesi -

January 24, 2015 - - 2 Std vorher geöffnet; Korken etwas weich und beim Herausziehen kaputt gegangen
- Farbe bräunlich aber nicht wässrig und auch nicht so braun wie der Sandrone vorher
- Toller Wein, wenn man wirklich Barolo mag. Tannine in feine Struktur aufgegangen; Säuregerüst noch stärker und weniger integriert als bei dem Sandrone; auch führt man etwas das Erdige oder Leder - deshalb weniger rund und zugänglich als der Sandrone
