December 22, 2018 - Very pale and thin in appearance
Raspberry and rhubarb, surprisingly fruitful on the nose but also somewhat unsettled, almost acidic
Full, remarkably rich, notes of cured wild meats, extremely long lived; distinguished, aged and wise, without a decrepitude; delightful
After 1.5 Hours: Heavily perfumed presence enveloping both nose and palate, liquid amber; quite extraordinary, beautiful, mysterious, magical
