March 22, 2019 - Clear dark golden honey in appearance with a nose of slightly oxidized sweet cooked fruits. The palate is quite expansive and viscous. The flavors of canned peaches syrup, pear nectar, wild honey initially coats the mouth but ends with ample amounts of seamlessly integrated acidity which give this ice wine a very long and satisfying finish. A very lovely ice wine and a delicious treat.

October 5, 2016 - Six Nations 2016: Pear, peach, apple and honey. Intense but still has good balance and flow, enough cleansing acidity to keep up. Drinking well now.
