August 21, 2016 - A private lunch (Restaurant Blue Hill at Stone Barns, Pocantico Hills, NY, USA): Very well put together, complete and elegant, sweet and ripe Cabernet fruit, warmth from the wood, flowers, peppery lift, energetic acidity, very gentle polyphenols, good length. Not profound or terroir-driven, but juicy and attractive.
