April 9, 2023 - At Jean-Georges LA. Golden color, intense nose of brioche, citrus and yellow apples. Balanced and tasty, but palate falls off a bit in the finish.

July 3, 2022 - An Epic Summer Wine Weekend; 7/1/2022-7/3/2022 (Muskoka, Ontario, Canada): This pours light straw in the glass. On the nose this is fairly classic richer styled Champagne. Aromas are of red apple, a touch of toffee, white flowers, cold cream, and lemon. The palate features light dosage, which seems about 6 - 7 g/l, well balanced medium plus acid which has a lightly creamy texture. The finish lingers nicely. Good stuff.

December 31, 2021 - Gold. Nutty brioche and floral nose. Pinot driven - light and semi sweet mid palate - then nutty apple pear citrusy finish. Energy. Heavy.

July 11, 2021 - Gaston Chiquet Special Club Vertical: This seemed quite indicative of the vintage. Lots of plump fruit and sweet citrus. Though there was some tartness underlying these big flavors.
Both the 2011 & 2009 had a robust golden color. Made it look a little Sauternes-like.
On second pass the Chardonnay in the blend became more dominant. Started to taste more like a rich still Chardonnay.
