January 12, 2016 - Lots of texture yet still remains savory for all that. With some lifted mid palate.

April 22, 2015 - Consumed over 4 hours. Nose: Medium expressiveness, pear, green apple, and lightly toasted buttered bread. Palate: Medium bodied, creamy mouth-feel, sweet citrus and marzipan attack, good acidic balance, nice mid-palate persistence, fades just a little through the back-end but there is still enough goodness left to drive a medium length finish dominated by canned pears and a hint of black licorice.
