Community Tasting Notes 3

May 25, 2007 - A lavender and black pepper mix on the nose. Flavor profile of a little cotton candy, a little cedar, a little cherry. Short finish. Very Sebastiani as I'm coming to learn. Crowd pleaser, but too sweet and vacuous.

August 17, 2006 - I think I left this one a bit too long in the refridgerator - a bit off tasting. Unripe blackberries. Not the style of zin I like.

April 16, 2006 - Good value, slightly spicy, full bodied - nice everyday bottle with a curious closure called a "Zork" that was a little tough to remove but seems to work as well/better than a cork.
