February 29, 2024 - Leap Day Lunch (Ciao Bella, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 45 minutes. This was bright and showing good lift, sweet pear, apricot, ripe apple, stone and nicely toasty. 92+ to 93pts.

May 9, 2021 - Shimmering light medium gold color. Drank 2 glasses over an hour plus. Wow, lovely nose; rich and inviting, filled with brioche and yeast, pear, apple, toasted, ginger snaps, and chalk. The palate has that perfect combination of power and depth blended in this elegant framework. Toasted, apple, ripe apple peel, pear, almond, chalk and hints of cherry and maybe a touch of rhubarb. This was a great bottle in peak form. I wrote: an easy 94pts.
