  March 28, 2023 - Notes of camphor, cloves, spices, deep, rich and layered.
  Deep red in color and really nice weight on the palate.

  January 8, 2023 - Purple color. Nose of dense dark fruits mostly blackberry and dark cherry with some herbs and tar. Similar on the palate. Nice tannic structure. Lovely wine with pasta.

  March 17, 2021 - Been a while since last bottle. I liked this more than last time, pretty nice red fruit, blackberry, bit of sweet herb, vanilla, earth, cocoa hints, bit of acid and tannin to keep sweetness in check and add length and depth.

  May 2, 2020 - Much the same as 4 years ago, although I liked it a bit less. There is still a lot of depth and complexity, but I had hoped it might have softened and become more integrated. This is still pretty sharp and astringent. Good with a sausage and pepper pasta nonetheless.
