December 13, 2015 - Nice bright acidity. Citrus and a little honeysuckle on the palate. Nice lingering finish and soft mouthfeel. Paired well with goat cheese starter and swordfish main. Would happily enjoy another bottle.

January 31, 2015 - First French tasting since Union des Grands Crus. Nose of melon, herbs, citrus zest, chalky minerals, bread yeast with slight anise, slight honey and French funk. Palette was more fruit based w grapefruit, citrus, lemon oil, herbs, anise, floral notes (Erica), slight sourdough and rind. Decent rep of region but doesn't have the mineral pop that I am practically obsessed with; may be a bit late.
