January 31, 2015 - Full yellow color. Classic lychee and pineapple scents, not overly floral. Moderately sweet, not that voluminous. Ripe tropical fruit, honey, and spice with good acidity and finishing soil to hold it in check. Typical cyanic bitterness toward the end. Not at all over the top although the first taste suggests Vendange Tardive level richness.
