July 21, 2018 - Last bottle and probably the best of the pack.
Aromas of toasted cereals and ripe white fruit. Notes of glue no more. Presented with a certain elegance and a good persistence.
Suave, dense texture on the palate. Vivid acidity yet. Finishing with a lovely bitterness. Very good for what it is. Bloody synthetic closure.
Última botella y probablemente la mejor del paquete.
Aromas de cereales tostados y fruta blanca madura. Notas de pegamento nunca más. Presentado con cierta elegancia y una buena persistencia.
Textura suave y densa en el paladar. Todavía una acidez vívida. Termina con un delicioso amargor. Muy bueno para lo que es. Maldito cierre sintético. -

January 28, 2018 - Without becoming any great, this bottle follows its natural evolution and is getting better and better. Aromas of pear and biscuit with notes of citrus and hay. On the palate it preserves freshness with an adequate acidity although it is already very short at this point. Surely the last bottle that I have left will be the best. In summer its time will come.
Sin llegar a ser grandiosa, esta botella sigue su evolución natural y cada vez están mejor y mejor. Aromas a pera y a galleta con notas de cítricos y heno. Al paladar conserva frescura con una adecuada acidez aunque se queda ya muy corta a estas alturas. Seguramente la última botella que me queda será la mejor. En verano llegará su hora. -

Better in the mouth with that soft acidity and a rich final bitterness. Good density. Biscuity aftertaste. I do not think it's a representative bottle. Last two for the next year.
Débiles recuerdos a peladura de limón y cereales de desayuno en nariz. Tiene una nota artificial que impide su disfrute. Muy apagada pese a llevar años de pie en mi cueva para evitar el contacto entre el vino y ese horrible cierre de plástico.
Mejor en boca con esa suave acidez y un rico amargor final. Buena densidad. Postgusto a galleta. No me parece una botella representativa. Las últimas dos para el año que viene. -

On the palate it is a little more serious this time with a lovely bitterness. However presents a watery texture and a short persistence. Overall a good, honest bottle. Vintage is helping indeed.
Color de un dorado viejo. La misma evolución positiva. Aromas de heno tostado y manzana. Claramente unidimensional. Carece de ese efecto umami por comparación con sus pares.
Al paladar es un poco más seria esta vez con una amargura deliciosa. Sin embargo presenta una textura acuosa y una persistencia muy corta. En general una buena botella, honesta. La añada influye sin duda. -

Mejor aromáticamente que al paladar. Extraño si lo comparasemos con las últimas notas de cata.
Esta botella huele a palomitas de maiz y a fruta blanca. También hay recuerdos a heno tostado al sol.
Sensación en boca muy acuosa con algo de acidez y un tímido amargor final. Muy cortita no obstante.
Maldito cierre de plástico...
