Inga anteckningar men riktigt gott och trevligt vin med allt på plats. Bra struktur och balanserad mörk frukt med typiska animaliska inslag. 88 p. -

March 23, 2018 - Behind the Domaine is Maxime Graillot, the famous Crozes-hermitage producer Alain Graillot's son. Maxaime doesn't make his wines like his father. Where Alain uses whole bunches and some vats, Maxime destemms 80-100% and uses almost only ex-Burgundy 228-litre oak casks. Therefore his wines are more modern and have earlier drinking window.
Has open ripe fruity nose with blackberries, black peppercorns and violets. Medium bodied with nice fruitiness and some spices. Easy drinking with good acidity and not that noticeable tannins. Finishes with a bit heat.2 people found this helpful Comment -
