January 16, 2016 - Beau ChateauNeuf de Clairette et de Roussanne.
Très typique. Un blanc gras, TRÈS floral avec un toucher de bouche dont l'attaque un peu médicinale, très agréable, se complète avec des arômes de poires.
Un trait typique du Roussanne qu'on retrouve aussi dans les St-Péray
Fort taux d'alcool qu'on ne sent pas...

Nose filled with pineapple, white peach, and flowers. Medium-plus weight, with pineapple, tropical fruit, and a big mineral backbone. Finishes with nice acidity and freshness.

A blend of 50% Clairette and 50% Roussanne. Honeysuckle and some nuts on a very tropical front end. An oily mid-palate with a mineral finish. 100% stainless. They really seek to emphasize the freshness here, and it is working. Lush and fun.
