January 3, 2022 - Really on tonight. Quite fruity (relatively, of course!), very open, very elegant, tautly structured. Delightful cool feeling nebbiolo. Nice pairing with spaghetti+meatballs.

November 30, 2021 - Light to medium ruby with orange just visible on the rim. Aromatically enticing, with rose hip, strawberry, red cherry and a hint of clove. Light bodied (13% ABV for those keeping scores) and bursting with bright red fruit flavors. Tannins are fully resolved and the finish loves you long time. Refined and seamless. Great food wine and paired well with a garlic butter roasted pork tenderloin.
