  November 9, 2019 - A really lovely Tuscan Cab Franc. Only bottled during exceptional years. Decanted for about 3 hours and drank over the next 3. Tight initially but really opened up nicely. Cigar and fig on the nose with a bit of wet limestone. Black fruit on the palette, maybe pluot with a blackberry. Loooong finish of tobacco, mulling spices and a hint of white pepper. I wish I would have bought another bottle to hold onto as this should age for at least another 10 years.

  February 5, 2015 - Taste with Wildman at FHE.
  100% Cabernet Franc.
  Complex and extremely layered. Dark cocoa nibs, black raspberries, Culty, ripe fruit attack. Lots of minerals on mid palate.
  Finish is moderate complex. Really cool and probably hard to find as only a touch of this bottling was produced.
