January 15, 2019 - Drinking well. Still youthful. Improved with air. Red fruits on the nose. Sour cherries and cranberries on the palate, coupled with black tea. Excellent acidity. Should drink well for at least 4 more yrs.

January 26, 2018 - Rednerroes, strawberries, rhubarb, and a hint of smoke on the nose. Good acidity with sour cherries and more red berries on the palate. Medium finish.

July 28, 2016 - Wide open nose full of pinosity and warm, ripe berries. What draws you in is the tangy, fresh, long, spicy finish, with a little heat and bitter at the very end. A charmer that is ready to go.
