  December 24, 2021 - Deep red-burgundy in color. Ripe and fruity on the nose, with the fruit dominated by cranberries and cherry and some mulling spices. Very full, ripe, and nicely balanced on the palate with the acidity I expect from this producer, a savory mouthfeel, supple tannins, and gobs more cherries. What this wine lacks in complexity it more than makes up for in generosity, elegance, and fruit.

  August 23, 2020 - Seems to be developing with somewhat dried cherry, dried florals and earth, nice fruit on the attack, hint of a candied element, acidity pops on the mid palate and a medium finish

  May 8, 2020 - A pinot noir that tastes more Burgundian than Californian. Restrained burnt cherry and strawberry note with some earthiness. Has smoothed out considerably since last sampled ~ 2 1/2 years ago, but still has a tad much acidity for my taste.

  March 26, 2020 - this was delicious. could maybe benefit with a little more time or lengthy decant as its still a bit youthful.
