  July 12, 2018 - Light golden color with green highlights. Aromas of baked apple, pear, and butterscotch with hints of white flowers. Medium bodied with creamy mouthfeel and flavors of baked apple and pear. Barrel fermented with lees stirring but without secondary malolactic fermentation then aged 10 months in 30% new French oak. Fairly typical oaked California Chardonnay which admittedly isn’t my thing. 14.1% ABV.

  June 9, 2017 - Light bodied and aromatic bright tasting Chardonnay with not much in the way of depth. A green apple start and the new some pear which leads to tropical note finish. Short almost tinny finish.
