December 24, 2023 - Same as last time: Huge wine, powerful. Complex, but sexy. Deep. Superlong finish, round and harmonious. Will hold for many more years.

October 28, 2023 - A Superconcentrated massive wine. Still young. Deep yellow color, very complex nose. Bouquet of white peach, lemon, vanilla, butter, some oak, some sublime salt. Very intense and well balanced. Thick, nearly oily texture. Long and harmonious finish. Many years ahead. Fabulous wine.

July 26, 2023 - No notes taken. In its prime today. The wine has a lot of richness but comes with good acidity and a salty minerality that gives it enough lift and keeps it fresh. The core of the wine is orchard and lime fruit, and besides the aforementioned minerality there are still some oak aromas that detract a bit from the purity underneath. This is not a wine for purists and Burgundy lovers, but a well-made, fairly fresh Cali Chardonnay. 92/93pts.

March 24, 2023 - Aroma: vanilla, honeysuckle, lemon balm, pear, butter and butterscotch.
Palate: citrus, minerals, apricots, very full-bodied, rich and creamy, with a mellow acidity and long finish. Paired with a baby cheddar belle which brings out the vibrancy of the wine. And the salami brings out the sweetness of the wine. Not as good on day 3 as it was dull and lost its vibrancy. 91-92

October 30, 2022 - This was just OK tonight. I was expecting so much more. It had peach flavors and plenty of body but just didn't hit it tonight for me. Maybe on the decline?
