October 5, 2023 - Reynaud wine tasting, Pure Spirits (Gallina restaurant): Less sand in this plot, a stonier and sunnier spot, 2ha of Grenache, the bottle was opened and left uncorked for 24 hours, served in a Riesling glass

The wine shows fully elegant style, decadent, spicy, layered, some oaky notes, so refined, a touch of biscuit, vanilla hints, spice, dried red currant, cherries, dried cranberry, precise, profound
Palate showing elegance again, spice, whole spice, there is a slight aggressiveness here, some green notes, herbal notes, med body, med finish. The tannins are there but rather smooth with a small bitter note at the end -
