Bien que carafé, il a gardé beaucoup de compacité, de densité, et n’a pas réussi a gagner le relief que j’esperais. Pour un 13, pas de défaut à relever.
En tout cas, beaucoup moins boisé qu’une autre bouteille bue il y a 2 ans, j’ai apprécié sa netteté et sa belle mineralité iodée; plus,il s’aérait,et plus il semblait puissant, droit, massif derriere ses notes citronées et salines.
Il a encore de belles années devant lui… -

July 1, 2015 - Domaine Dujac Cellar Visit and Tasting (Morey St.-Denis): Tasting at domaine. Ripe Apple throughout with some lemon on the finish. Good energy everywhere with some mineral hints. Very good vintage for this wine.
