April 4, 2016 - Light yellow on color. Intense to the nose. Aromas of apples, spices, honey. Some citrus. Some vanilla but not taking over.

February 16, 2015 - Nice chenin blanc. Sweet smell of pears, citrus. Well balanced with a hint of sweetness. High acidity, medium finish, high alcohol. Strong taste of grapes, pears, lichies, and nuts.
