May 1, 2015 - Imagine if you stabbed a lime about a dozen or so times with a fork, and then squeezed it into a glass. That is this wine. Cool acidity and a near Fresca level of citrus tartness, but it surrounds a core of richness w/ a touch of oak that rounds everything out nicely. Not a stunner or anything, but a joy to drink anyhow.
