November 10, 2016 - Savory and intense. Reflects the 2013 character of crunchy cherries, strawberries, and a touch of pepper. The fruit is ripe and long. Saline and savory on the palate backed by nice acidity and fine tannins. I did not detect much stem influence. Very long. The fruit does not let go for minutes. Very unique and special. I don't know of any Burgundy vintage with this character. These 2013s will be amazing.
