April 3, 2023 - Approaching two years since my previous bottle of this one and still as enjoyable. Lime and yellow apple notes with touch of mineral undertone and white flower notes. Palate shows lime and lemon, good acidity and finishes with ripe yellow apple sweetness. Still drinking beautifully. Not sure that it is getting any better, but very good now.

December 19, 2020 - Lime and yellow apple notes with touch of mineral undertone; palate show lime and lemon with notable acidity and sweet apple fruit, Decent balanced finish. Drinking beautifully now and to my palate has few years left.
