July 15, 2022 - Grenat au pourtour vermillon.
Agressif dans les 5 premières minutes, ce Volnay offre finalement
un fruit confit aux relents balsamiques.
Vraiment plaisant et facile, à défaut de longueur, il demeure une référence en terme de séduction.
Il faut le boire maintenant !

April 10, 2021 - Beau grenat limpide.
Nez de bois vanillé.
Un Volnay comme on les aime.
Le velouté Volnaysien appuyé d'un fruit intense et d'une belle persistance.
En un peu plus d'une heure, son propos devient plus épicé, avec élégance, et cela contribue à allonger la finale.
Il dépasse mes attentes pour le millésime.
Prêt mais il peut encore rouler une année.
