  March 18, 2018 - A very nice white that paired well with the mexican fusion we had. Easy to drink on it's own without being 1 dimensional. This is a white to help get an evening started, or as part of a lighter, summer meal.

  December 23, 2017 - On the nose- Tropical fruits, stone fruit, pineapple, citrus, grapefruit, white flowers, crushed rock, salinity
  
  On the palate- Tropical fruits, a bit of stone fruit and some nice fresh cut pineapple and citrus zest, grapefruit, with a nice bouquet of white flowers with a bit of crushed rock and some salinity on the finish, the finish has nice acid and is big, round and rich and yet crisp and clean and laser focused at the same time, this wine is drinking well now but I think could age 3-5 more years easy

  November 25, 2016 - Med to full body with light citrus and grassy character. Paired well with Hamachi crudo tostada. By itself I found the grassiness overpowered the citrus.
