  August 21, 2020 - Found in my cellar. Didn't plan to keep it this long, but it's held up well.
  Pale salmon color. Sweet nose of dried cherries. Soft tart cherry in the mouth.

  August 10, 2018 - Ah, this has evolved with age. Gone is the herbal note and not so apparent is the fruit, whereas the earth note is much more apparent. This is in a very good place right now, and accordingly this is a higher score than my previous 2 bottles. Strawberry and earth, mineral, short finish.

  July 28, 2018 - This is at peak and won’t get any better if maybe not fading a bit. Drink up if you have them. Good strawberry tinge with not a lot of structure or acidity but still very refreshing on a hot summer day

  March 31, 2018 - Still enjoyable, tonight with a crab cake salad. Nice Mouvedre nose, minerally finish.
