February 21, 2021 - 2014 Bevan Cellars Dry Stack Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc, alc 13.4%. Nice puckering acidity with lemon rind and just a slight hint of sweetness at the end of the finish. Nice texture. Quite nice

Pale clear yellow. Inviting lemon on the nose. More intense lemon and lemon rind
Gently sweet with a hint of ginger. It turns intense and savory. The acidity comes out in the finish
Bottle age has been quite kind to this. It is a Loire style
Great with Za’Atar baked Halibut -

April 30, 2020 - Probably past it’s prime. A previous bottle showed the same about 5 years ago. The Dry Stacks I had never were as great as the Ritchie or Kick Ranch.

September 15, 2019 - Definitely one to drink now. Lost a little from our last bottle, still nice and crisp but finish is much shorter.
