May 27, 2018 - Typical Hemel en Aarde valley Pinot Noir. Dark red color with notes of berries and tabaco. Wonderful complex finish with a light earthy note. Served a the right temperature and decanted one of the outstanding Pinot Noirs in South Africa.

February 27, 2018 - Beautiful wine, typical earthy with red berries burgundy tones. Decanted and left for an hour prior to drinking and then still got better with every sip.

October 5, 2016 - Monthly Tasting Group EEE #054: South Africa (@ JD): Red and dark berries in the bouquet. On the palate red berries, some tobacco, red berries, a touch of sweetness, ok acidity and slightly sticky tannin.
