    February 22, 2015 - Tasted blind at a NZ v English 'Battle of the Bubbles' Feb 2015, London.
    Green tint to light straw colour, looks younger than it is. Nose is interesting: wet wool? Lovely in the mouth, all racy acid and clean apples, quince, very dry but lots going on here. It's 'busy'!
    Not yet mature, will cellar for a few yrs and get better, I guess. More of a Foodie style than an All Night Quaffer. Marked it Gold-.
