Medium taste of yellow apples, lemon, biscuit, toast, charred wood and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Blanc de Blancs English Sparkling. Drink now or over the next ten years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with shellfish.

December 2, 2022 - Light straw-yellow in the glas. Brioche, citrus and green apples. Fresh and crisp. Citric palate. Niiice 🍾🥂🍾

I found this a bit too challenging. It'll probably be great with the right food. Apparently sommeliers love this.
