February 27, 2023 - Red Bordeaux blend.
Deep red colour with garnet hints.
Primary aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, spices, eucalyptus.
Secondary aromas of vanilla and chocolate
Triatry aromas of tar, leather, savory notes.
Full body, complex, round with sof tannins.
Aged very well, will stay at its peak for 4-5 years.

June 25, 2017 - This wine is excellent and perhaps a tiny step behind the wonderful '08. From a taste perspective - it is a dead ringer. It loses a point only because I doubt it will have the aging potential of the '08. At this stage this wine is still in it's infancy. With about 3 hours of decanting the wine was fully open and excellent.
