December 8, 2023 - Gold color. Apricot, melons, and peaches in the nose with hints of floral, honey and butterscotch. Pears, apples and citrus in the flavor. Nice juicy acidity, complex, very well balanced, full bodied and a long finish.

November 18, 2023 - Rich pear, apple, butterscotch and long finish

October 6, 2023 - Aroma: honeysuckle, melon, ripe stone fruit, butterscotch and mint.
Palate: citrus fruits, full bodied, high acidity, medium-long finish with some saline notes. Disappointing for a Morlet. Seems like it’s past its prime. Used some to make a creamy roasted red pepper soup. 90-91

April 8, 2023 - Past its prime. Don't care for butterscotch-y, 'warm spices' profile California chardonnays with seemingly high extraction.

March 15, 2023 - Dynamite chardonnay. Light straw color; full bodied. Delicious. Initial tropical/coconut note, followed by baked apple and pear tart. Very different from the steely Chablis I also enjoy but this definitely has its place (in my cellar too).
