January 2, 2019 - Great Barolo. Very powerful tannins. Give this wine 5 years more in the cellar and I think this wine would appear more ready for drinking. At first the nose seemed a bit closed, but after 1 hour in a decanter the wine began to loosen up. Beautiful notes og cherries and strawberries, savory notes of liquorice, tobacco and vanilla.

March 7, 2015 - Prince - Affordable Nebbiolo tasting (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Medium minus intensity aromas of volatile acidity, leather, unripe black plum, spice, orange and crushed floes. In the mouth there is a juicy, almost confected, orange flavour with plentiful chalk textured tannic grip. Meh for me despite the complexity on the nose.
