March 24, 2024 - Light-weight but in a good way. Spices and wild herbs. Much better on day 2 so make sure you give enough air when opening a bottle (BTW the label says that the wine should be drunk within 12 years, but I believe it could last a bit longer.)

Elegant and bright on the palate, highlighted by minerality supporting red and black currant fruit, backed by earth and dark spices. Medium weight, polished tannins, lingering finish. Very nice.
