March 2, 2024 - Redcurrant, a bit of tobacco, hazelnut. This is drinking beautifully now and doesn't need a lot of air to be enjoyable. At less than 50 CHF a bottle, this is a good QPR

September 16, 2023 - Very nice. Red fruits giving way to tertiary flavors. Strongly aromatic nose, some herbal notes. Tannins have moderated but acidity is bright. Overall well balanced, medium finish.

March 12, 2023 - A matter of taste 2023 - Day 2: *** Brief notes from wine fair, primarily for my own memory ***
    Glass: Stölzle Universal
Bottle was chilled, which benefits the wine. Beautiful pure fruit, lovely intense nose, very fresh, youthful and joyful. This is a crowd please in the best sense. It will suit even the serious wine drinker every now and then. Long and fruity finish. 93

October 1, 2022 - Nicely balanced! This wine is Deep ruby red, medium high in tannins, medium in acidity and full bodied. 60 minutes of decanting were strongly required for the wine to open up. At ten years of age, it showed a good level of complexity. Pretty strong on the nose and the palate. Lots of okay notes of vanilla, dark fruit of blackberry and black currant as well as subtle earthy notes of leather. Finish is very intense and long. The value for the price is okay, awesome experience though. Can definitely be stored 15 years+

August 6, 2022 - A better wine that the scores indicate. Can use another 5 years and it needs to be decanted for at least an hour.
