Community Tasting Notes 1

November 4, 2014 - (tasting@Lethbridge) Funky leathers and earth, charry charcuterie and cherry upon first opening. Ringing and vibrant. Revealing more roast meats, dark plum perfume with time. Palate shows cherry, dark violets, raspberry, spicy perfume and yet more charcuterie. Dark tight tannins on an earthy sweet mossy finish. Complex yet integrated. Well-made and enjoyable!
