July 25, 2015 - Blackberry, cherry, plum and cheesecake on the nose. Blackberry, cherry, raspberry, dill, earth and steel on the palate. It started off a lot more tart and sweet than it was just a few months ago. It's like a sour candy at first. A day later, the half that was left opened up and returned to fine form.

March 24, 2015 - Cherry and plum nose. Lots of cherry, strawberry, chocolate, mocha and almond on the palate, with just a hint of eucalyptus, and a long cherry and bitter chocolate finish. Paired very well with a homemade mushroom soup. Great QPR, especially for an organic wine.
